Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Novacart #1. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order. Orders are typically processed within 15-18 business days. During high demand periods, processing times may be extended. Canada and USA estimate delivery may 10-20 days. International orders estimated delivery may 10- 30 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions or high order volumes. If your package is significantly delayed, contact the shipping carrier first before contacting us. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, Novacart is not responsible for cost or delayed packages. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order number, clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted. If a customer refuses delivery, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping or carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
